Pumpkin Patch 2010

Every time I pick Calais up I can't believe how big she has gotten.
6 months have gone by.
She now weighs 15 pounds!
She loves to smile/laugh/stick out her tongue.
She can sit up on her own.
She has started solids.
Loved peaches and sweet potatoes, didn't really like avocados!Friday, October 8 was a Oregon In-service Day. Most districts will pay for their teachers to go to professional developments. PPS doesn't have enough money, so instead we get a day off! I'll take it.
Joe wasn't working either so we decided to hit up the local pumpkin farm on Sauvie Island. Love that it only takes about 10 minutes to get there from our house. I'm sure we will go at least 1 more time before the fall is over! While out there, we took a hayride. Picked out a few pumpkins. Joe and Calais went on the cow train! Calais loved the wind whipping through her hair (however Joe was a little cramped in his cow Georgia!)

Calais only stays up about 2 hours in between her naps, so when we go we always try to leave right after she wakes up! We didn't get a chance to go to the animal barn or walk around a bit more.
